Here are the averages &#8211; joins at <strong>18<\/strong> yrs, serves <strong>30<\/strong> years, dies at <strong>56<\/strong> years. Joins at<strong> 25<\/strong> yrs, serves <strong>25<\/strong> years &#8211; dies at <strong>58<\/strong> years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8216;<strong>Select your company well<\/strong>&#8216; &#8211; As harsh as it may sound, mixing with highly stressed people will make YOU feel stressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, mixing with <strong>CALM<\/strong> people &#8211; even for the briefest period &#8211; will leave you feeling calm..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another strong cause of tumours is <strong>SUGAR<\/strong> &#8211; apparently all cancers feed on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, avoid <strong>STRESS<\/strong>, avoid <strong>SUGAR<\/strong>, look after your own immune system and mix with people who are not ruled by <strong>FEAR<\/strong>, and you can enjoy <strong>PEACE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>With a hat-tip to Paul Wilson &#8211; Instant Calm<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the principal causes of tumours is STRESS.
