We stand as <strong>individuals<\/strong> yet <strong>built together<\/strong> under a <strong>common law<\/strong>, which is shared by all, owned by none and which is <strong>superior to any statute<\/strong>. We each have a personal commitment, divinely inspired, to <strong>do no harm<\/strong>, to <strong>cause no loss<\/strong> to others, to <strong>commit no fraud<\/strong> and to <strong>keep the peace<\/strong>.\u201d<\/em><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Foreword:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reader, if you think this is an odd way to start a message, perhaps that\u2019s because you haven\u2019t yet realized that we are engaged in warfare, in a war of a very different kind. we quote the title of the booklet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2018SILENT WEAPONS FOR QUIET WARS\u2019 \u2013 ISBN \u2013 978-1-58509-380-9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">which is (or was) available online. Without summarising the entire 56 pages, we\u2019ll restrict ourselves to just two revealing quotations (Page 9), attributed to a member of the Rothschild dynasty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cGive me control over a nation\u2019s currency, and I care not who makes its statutes<\/em>\u201d (the original uses the word \u2018laws\u2019 for statutes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1743 \u2013 1812)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rothschild knew how to influence and control people and their money. The principle is \u2018<em>when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Keys to the Safe:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past 18 months, with several trusted co-workers we have come to see how the very few of the extremely wealthy \u2018<strong>elite<\/strong>\u2019 (<em>78 of them are known and named, all with a common link to the <strong>World Economic Forum [WEF]<\/strong> qv on Wikipedia<\/em>) have, for generations, been manipulating the world\u2019s wealth as part of a strategy to obtain total possession and total control of all of it \u2013 and all of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the first <strong>regis<\/strong>tration of birth, infants are each earmarked with a National Insurance number. Their birthweight in gold is used as \u2018value to be traded\u2019 as <strong>bond<\/strong>-slaves inside the world of commerce. With a few<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">exceptions it is only as we reach the age of sixteen (16) years that we are even told about that \u2018insurance\u2019 number, and then we are expected to start <strong>paying<\/strong>, from our sweat equity, our National Insurance contributions \u2013 to keep ourselves secure. The many, exploited for the benefit of the few \u2013 for profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, our joint efforts have now prised open the door to that vault of Crown \u2018government\u2019 secrecy: we know from where that ill-gotten wealth is being controlled and, more importantly, how to identify our right and claim to our individual portion which has been fraudulently used as a TRUST, under our \u2018given\u2019 name, <em>(incidentally changed en route into CAPITAL LETTERS<\/em>). This changed name, which we refer to as our \u2018LEGAL FICTION\u2019, is called our \u2018Strawman\u2019 by our American cousins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our previous document, \u2018Legal Entrapment\u2019, explained in detail how all this has been managed for centuries, yet you may be surprised to learn that our personal TRUST has a \u2018bank\u2019 account. Let\u2019s take, for example, the name is <em>Norma(n) Jones<\/em>, then that trust would be identified as<strong>NORMA(N) JONES TRUST.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s true, our TRUST does have an \u2018account\u2019 a sort code and an account number \u2013 similar to an everyday bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This should mean then, that our \u2018account\u2019 has an International Bank Account Number (<em>that is what <\/em><strong><em>IBAN<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em><em>stands for<\/em>) by which the wealth accumulated over the years in our name, (<em>without either our knowledge or our consent<\/em>), is being traded in commerce, on a daily basis, in markets worldwide \u2013 for more profit \u2013 for them \u2013 the capitalists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is how we find out our account details and our IBAN number:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure that we have the correct date of <strong>regis<\/strong>tration of our birth, which may be quite a while later than the date of birth itself,.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We go online to the link below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed wp-block-embed-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.timeanddate.com\/date\/dateadded.html?d1=03&#038;m1=01&#038;y1=1998&#038;type=add&#038;ay=15&#038;am=9&#038;aw=&#038;ad=&#038;rec=\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">enter the date of <strong>regis<\/strong>tration of our birth, then set the addition factor to read 15 years and 9 months. Scroll down and press the GREEN button \u2013 \u2018<strong>Calculate new date\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Let\u2019s take an example. Our specimen youth, whose birth was <strong>REGIS<\/strong>tered on Wednesday 13<sup>th<\/sup> October 20<strong>04<\/strong>, has the NI number <strong>WX 12 34 56 C.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the \u2018new\u2019 date which appears in our search, &#8211; Monday 13<sup>th<\/sup> July 20<strong>20<\/strong> -s\/he simply ADDS the last TWO digits of the year shown (<strong>20<\/strong>) in front of the 6 digits which s\/he already knows from the National Insurance number. (<em>We ignore, for now, the first two LETTERS, and also the last single LETTER, as this last one is always either A,B,C or D,showing which quarter of the financial year the<\/em><em> <\/em><em>birth was <\/em><strong><em>REGIS<\/em><\/strong><em>tered<\/em>). So, we arrive, in our example, at \u2013 <strong>04<\/strong> becoming <strong>20<\/strong>. Her\/his account number = <strong>20123456<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Via a well-connected warrior, we know that ALL of these UK-based \u2018trust\u2019 accounts are housed under just the one sort code \u2013 <strong>08-32-10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next, we go online to sortcodes.co.uk where we enter, in two drop-down \u2018boxes\u2019, the sort code 08-32-10 and the full account number which we identified. We see our trust account details come up, and note that the page is headed, in faint grey tone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sort Code &amp; Account Number Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Underneath this appear the <strong><u>IBAN<\/u><\/strong> details for that sort code and \u2018account\u2019 number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MAKE A NOTE OF THIS IBAN NUMBER. <\/strong>&nbsp;It will look something like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GB<\/strong> (Great Britain) &#8211; followed by a random 2-digit number \u2013 e.g.&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>17 <\/strong>and this<strong> is <\/strong>followed by the letters <strong>CITI<\/strong> then the sort code and the account number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staying with our example, it will look like this \u2013 <strong>GB 17 <\/strong><strong>CITI<\/strong><strong> 083210 20123456<\/strong> and this is how s\/he will be able to refer to it in future, although printed without any spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Print off your page and keep it safe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, there is a snag: HMRC recently admitted, under Freedom of Information correspondence, that, back in 2015, CITIBANK (qv \u2013 American owners) lost the contract to handle this \u2018SORT CODE\u2019, <strong>08 32 10<\/strong>, which was then \u2018transferred\u2019 to a little-known bank, calling itself&nbsp; &#8211; <strong>G<\/strong>overnment <strong>B<\/strong>anking <strong>S<\/strong>ervices [<strong>GBS<\/strong>] \u2013 as it appeared in <strong><u>your<\/u><\/strong> verification search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within that \u2018bank\u2019 the SORT CODE is controlled by the bank branch \u2013 HMRC Tax Direct. We hold documentary evidence where HMRC tell us that the SORT CODE has been \u2018<strong><u>ringfenced for government use only\u2019<\/u><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Did someone just forget to update that Verification Page, or are we looking at the evidence of a monstrous criminal conspiracy??<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This begs the question, \u201c<em>What use does a SORT CODE have, other than to control and massage the accounts within it\u201d<\/em>? We have written NOTICES to HMRC asking for clarification on the \u2018ringfencing\u2019 phrase and demanding to know by what Act, statute or other legal wrinkle, the Crown agents of the day, (<em>then under David Cameron PM\u2019s leadership<\/em>), gave themselves the authority to assume \u2018<strong>beneficiary<\/strong>\u2019 status of those trust accounts, when their status is, in truth, that of <strong>trustee<\/strong> only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to statute law, the executor and the beneficiary cannot also be a trustee, and a trustee cannot be executor or beneficiary. Yet the deception still occurs daily, without any disclosure to the mother and father, as the control gets switched round at the <strong>regis<\/strong>tration of a birth This fraud is also proscribed by the Trustee Act 1925. At the time of writing, we await a response to our <strong>third<\/strong> NOTICE to HMRC on this important point \u2013 but we\u2019re not holding our breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a significant breakthrough, and on can prepare professionally designed \u2018Promissory Notes\u2019 \u2013 something like the old-fashioned cheque books &#8211; but more powerful. With these, each of us would have the means, using specific details, to access and to use our trust funds wisely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remember, this misuse of our true free-born entity began in commerce. By using this slim thread of creating (<em>without disclosure<\/em>) a tradeable slave equity of every new-born infant, Crown agents think to tax us, the proletariat, throughout most of our lives. Income tax, local council tax, etc., these are all sent out under the ALL-CAPS fictional name. We hold a separate paper on this theme of \u2018Justinian Deception\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, you can see that access to such accounts should, at present, only be for a \u2018commercial\u2019 purpose. You can imagine that, whatever colour of \u2018government\u2019 is acting on the stage at the Palace of Westminster, the Crown agents will be doing their <strong>utmost<\/strong> to block our access to what is lawfully ours. Do NOT fear those puppets &#8211;<strong>they are neither sovereign nor lawful<\/strong>, they are nothing more than purveyors of statutory sticking plasters \u2013 using layer after layer of <strong>Acts<\/strong> and <strong>Regulations<\/strong> to cover previous poor parliamentary surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Happily, we have separate documentary evidence that all these our accounts, which HMRC and HM Treasury insist have never been in existence in the UK, are in fact held and administered overseas. That evidence shows us that our \u2018bonds\u2019 typically have a \u2018Lapse Date\u2019 around January 1<sup>st<\/sup> in the year nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine. (<strong>01.01.9999<\/strong>). Which explains why, where gravestones are still used, the name of the deceased appears in CAPITAL LETTERS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Postscript:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Going back to the web page \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sortcodes.co.uk\">www.sortcodes.co.uk<\/a> \u2013 here is an important extra feature: whereas you entered your new \u2018account\u2019 number and found out where your hard-earned money gets stored through the National Insurance contributions set-up, you should also try this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave the sort code in \u2013 <strong>08 32 10<\/strong> \u2013 but then enter or copy and paste into the account area your Council Tax \u2018account\u2019 number, you know, the one you didn\u2019t ask for. You will see that your Council Tax payments, which you thought were going to your local council, are also shifted straight into the same Crown consolidated coffers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We wonder whether it could be possible that the <strong>Head of Finance<\/strong> and the <strong>Compliance Officer<\/strong> of our local councils could NOT BE AWARE of this?? These are two of the top officials in our council whose job is portrayed as making sure that all the payments DO arrive and DO get into the ledgers. We may have found just one more reason why COUNCIL TAX IS NOT VALID BUSINESS. Perhaps a SDSAR \u2013 with conditional acceptance \u2013 sent in to the CEO of your local council would provide us all with important information?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This all rings very hollow when we hear from our local council leaders that Council Tax will have to be increased for the coming year\u2019s budget. Already, in this year, several local authorities have had a \u2018114 Notice\u2019 served on them for \u2018being unable to send up budget figures to Westmonster for the coming financial year.
